Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns will be issued as per original receipt of payment i.e if a credit card is used, a refund will be returned onto a credit card only. Same applies to cash & EFT payments.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) products that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@atlastradingonline.com and send your item to: 104 Wale Street Cape Town Western Cape ZA 8001.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 104 Wale Street, Bo-Kaap, Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, 8001
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your order is with our courier handlers and there is a failed delivery attempt, you will have 48 hours to accept the order before it is returned by the courier to our store. You will be responsible to arrange your collection our your order.
Order Cancellation
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
If you have selected In-store pick up and choose to cancel your order, a non-refundable fee for packing & handling will apply. You will have 7 working days from email sent to collect your order, if order is not collected within 7 working days then your order will be automatically cancelled & the above fee will apply.
